Our Partners
The Austin Hooper Foundation is dedicated to forming partnerships with other organizations. By collaborating, we aim to expand the services we offer to meet the evolving needs of teenagers transitioning out of foster care. We believe that every young person deserves the tools, support, and opportunity to thrive—especially those aging out of foster care. Too often, these youth are left without a safety net, facing disproportionate rates of homelessness, incarceration, and mental health struggles. We know that when we partner with like-minded organizations, we are able to effect greater change. We are stronger together.

Together, we’re building a new kind of support system for foster youth—one rooted in creative expression, mentorship, and wraparound mental health services.
About Artem Vale Foundation
The Artem Vale Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit that’s changing the way people think about and access mental health care. Rooted in the belief that asking for help is a sign of strength, Artem Vale empowers individuals and communities to heal by breaking down stigma and providing innovative therapeutic modalities to affect great change as they combat the mental health epidemic head-on.
Their work spans a range of sectors—from schools and healthcare systems to underserved populations like foster youth aging out—offering therapeutic toolkits; hosting Raw, Real Conversations that break stigma; and working to bridge generations, so that mental wellness and healing happen faster, go deeper, and bring greater joy.
At its core, Artem Vale exists to help people become the brightest version of themselves, no matter their background or circumstance. Learn more about their work at artemvale.org
